We are seeking a highly experienced Civil or Architectural Engineer with a strong background in hotel developments to join our growing team in a senior leadership capacity.
This role requires a seasoned professional capable of overseeing and driving hospitality projects from planning through execution, ensuring excellence in quality, timelines, and delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee hotel development projects from concept to completion
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Provide strategic direction and technical leadership across project phases
• Monitor progress, budgets, quality standards, and compliance
• Review and validate design drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation
• Ensure alignment with hospitality brand standards and operational requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Proven experience in hotel construction/development projects (mandatory)
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in senior-level roles
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
