Job Title:

Fleet Supervisor

Purpose:

Supervise daily fleet readiness, manage vehicle handover/return between couriers, and ensure accurate records and governance compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily vehicle checks and ensure readiness (safety, tires, lights, fluids, cleanliness).
Manage vehicle handover/return between couriers with proper documentation (fuel, mileage, condition notes).
Maintain fleet records & governance (registration, insurance, inspection, maintenance history, assignments).
Coordinate with workshops/maintenance and follow up until closure.
Provide simple periodic reports (availability, downtime, issues).
Requirements

2–6 years experience in fleet operations/supervision or vehicle coordination.
Education: High school or Diploma (preferred: maintenance/automotive/mechanical or related field).
Basic Excel/Sheets skills for tracking and records.
Valid driving license (preferred).
Languages

Arabic: Required
English: Required
