Key Accountabilities

Oversee mechanical systems installation on-site, ensuring timely completion.
Supervise and guide the mechanical team, including plumbers, HVAC technicians, and others.
Ensure all mechanical work adheres to design specifications and safety standards.
Monitor and check the quality of materials used for mechanical installations.
Resolve technical issues and ensure that work is completed efficiently.
Ensure safety measures are implemented and followed at all times.
Conduct inspections of mechanical systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing.
Review mechanical drawings and design specifications with engineers and consultants.
Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of mechanical systems.
Report daily progress and issues to the site manager.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Key Job Specification:

Education Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Skills HVAC, Plumbing, Fire-Fighting Supervision.
Experience 10+ years of related experience.
