Our company is looking for a highly experienced Marketing & Resourcing Coordinator to support our growing manpower supply and equipment rental operations.

Marketing & Resourcing Coordinator

βœ… Key Responsibilities:

β€’ Handle manpower sourcing
β€’ Coordinate equipment rental inquiries and client requirements
β€’ Develop new clients and maintain strong customer relationships
β€’ Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
β€’ Manage mobilization and deployment of manpower/equipment
β€’ Maintain database of workers, suppliers, and clients

βœ… Required Skills & Qualifications:

β€’ Minimum 3–5 years experience in manpower supply or equipment rental field
β€’ Strong marketing, negotiation, and sales skills
β€’ Good knowledge of local transfer procedures and documentation
β€’ Experience in client coordination and vendor management
β€’ Ability to source candidates quickly and efficiently
β€’ Excellent communication skills (English required, Arabic advantage)
β€’ Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling)
β€’ Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
β€’ Valid Iqama with transferable status preferred
