About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will take full ownership of our paid advertising channels, continuous optimization strategies, and lead generation funnels. The ideal candidate has 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience, a deep understanding of performance marketing, and a proven track record of reducing Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) while scaling lead volume.
Key Responsibilities & Job Description
* Campaign Management: Plan, set up, and execute paid ad campaigns across all major platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
* Lead Generation: Develop and execute robust marketing strategies focused on capturing high-quality leads.
* Cost Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to drastically decrease the overall acquisition rate (CAC) while maximizing ROI.
* A/B Testing: Design and perform structured testing protocols for ad creatives, copy, audience targeting, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
* Analytics & Reporting: Track daily/weekly performance metrics, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to improve overall marketing efficiency.
* Funnel Management: Work closely with landing pages and user journeys to ensure a seamless conversion process from click to lead.
Job Requirements
* Experience: Strict requirement of 4–6 years of direct experience in paid ads and performance marketing.
* Platform Mastery: In-depth, hands-on expertise in navigating and running ads on Google, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat Business Managers.
* Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, read pixel/tracking setups, and turn numbers into strategic growth.
* Mindset: A testing-first approach—constantly experimenting with new hooks, creatives, and audiences.
* Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
* Work Setup: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh for a full-time, in-office commitment.
