Description

We are hiring a NOC Engineer – Level 1 to monitor network infrastructure and provide first-level technical support in a 24?7 environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• 24?7 monitoring of network systems, servers & applications
• Handle alerts, alarms, and incidents using monitoring tools
• Perform initial troubleshooting and issue identification
• Escalate incidents to L2/L3 teams as per SLA
• Monitor network performance, uptime & availability
• Create and update incident tickets & reports
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams when required

🎯 Experience Required:

• 1–3 years experience in NOC / Network Operations
• Experience in ISP, Data Center, Telecom, or Enterprise NOC preferred

🧠 Technical Skills (L1 Level):

• Basic knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN)
• Understanding of routers, switches & firewalls
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of Linux / Windows servers
• Awareness of ITIL processes & incident management
