About the Role
Harisco Saudi Ltd. is seeking a talented and detail-oriented E&I Estimation Engineer to join our team in Jubail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive, accurate, and compliant cost estimates for Electrical & Instrumentation works in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify the E&I scope of work.
• Prepare detailed BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimates for materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to obtain and evaluate vendor quotations.
• Analyze RFQs, vendor proposals, and technical data for cost accuracy and compliance.
• Develop cost breakdowns, clarifications, and technical documentation for tender submissions.
• Maintain updated vendor databases, price lists, and historical cost records.
• Ensure that all estimates comply with relevant client standards such as Aramco and SABIC when applicable.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in E&I estimation in EPC or construction contracting environments.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia industrial project specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, AutoCAD, and estimation software/tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict tender deadlines.

Preferred Experience
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, or Industrial Infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with construction methodologies, manhour estimation, and E&I installation sequences.
• Experience in preparing MTOs and evaluating vendor offers.
