Open Positions:
1. Assembly Technician / Operator
knowledge of soldering, touch up, lug crimping knowledge, Cable coding and connection identification, Assembly as per data sheet and drawing Perform self-inspection during and after assembly, Ensure adherence to 5S, safety, and ESD guidelines, Maintain proper handling of tools, jigs, fixtures, and machines, Perform assembly of components/products as per work instructions, drawings, and SOPs. Carry out manual or semi-automatic assembly operations, Ensure correct component placement and assembly sequence\
2. Quality Control Engineer
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and work instructions. Perform first article inspection (FAI) and in-process checks. Conduct final inspection and testing of finished goods before dispatch. Prepare final inspection and release reports Perform root cause analysis (RCA) using tools like 5 Why, Fishbone, Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Prepare and update SOPs, work instructions, and quality manuals, Cable one to one connection testing, solder checking , PCB connectivity testing, HV testing, Relay function knowledge, Familiarity with measuring instruments Vernier, Micrometer, Multimeter, etc.Experience in electronics / PCB assembly / cable harness is an added advantage
3. Logistics Executive
Plan and coordinate inbound raw material and outbound finished goods shipments, Coordinate with transporters, couriers, and freight forwarders, Prepare and verify logistics documents such as delivery challan, invoice, e-way bill, packing list, LR/AWB. Maintain proper records of dispatches and receipts, Negotiate with transporters for best freight rates, Ensure proper packing, labeling, and loading of materials, Track shipments and follow up for proof of delivery (POD), Handle damages, shortages, or transit losses with transporters, Maintain logistics MIS reports (dispatch, freight cost) Ensure timely pickup and delivery
4. Labor / Helper
Load, unload, and move materials within the factory as instructed, Inhouse material movement proper storage , Assist technicians and operators during assembly, packing, and production activities. Support basic operations under supervision, Help in receiving, shifting, stacking, and issuing materials, Ensure materials are handled carefully to avoid damage Maintain cleanliness of workstations, shop floor, and common areas, Follow safety rules, PPE usage, and factory discipline. Assist in packing, labeling, and loading finished goods. Support dispatch and logistics activities when required
5. Purchase Manager
Plan and execute procurement of raw materials, components, consumables, tools, and services as per production requirements. Ensure timely placement of Purchase Orders (POs) in line with BOM, MRP, and production plans, monitor order status and ensure on-time material availability, Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors. Achieve cost reduction through strategic sourcing, negotiations, and alternative vendor development. Analyze market trends, material costs, and lead times, Coordinate with production, planning, quality, stores, and finance teams, resolve material shortages, rejections, and delivery delays, Support new product development with timely sourcing of components. Ensure purchased materials meet quality standards and specifications. Maintain optimum inventory levels to avoid excess or shortages Prepare and present procurement MIS, cost savings reports, and vendor analysis.
6. Store
Material Inward & Outward, Inventory Management, Kitting & Production Support, prepare kitting material as per WO and production plan Monitor minimum stock levels, shortages, and excess inventory. Proficiency in MS Excel, ensure materials are stored as per quality and safety standards. Coordinate material issue to production against Work Orders / BOM Receive, verify, and record incoming materials as per PO, invoice, and GRN.
7. Inward Quality Inspector (IQC) & GRN
Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and bought-out items as per specifications, drawings, and PO requirements.Verify supplier documents such as COC, test reports, and inspection reports Identify non-conforming materials and raise NCR / rejection notes Coordinate with suppliers for quality issues, rejections, and corrective actions.
