Description

We are seeking a qualified Planning Engineer to support project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control for new and ongoing construction projects. The role ensures timely execution through effective progress tracking, reporting, and coordination with project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Coordinate with site teams to track work progress and identify delays
• Support resource planning, cost control, and productivity analysis
• Analyze critical paths and recommend corrective actions when needed
• Assist project management in ensuring timely project completion

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Primavera P6 Certification is required
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting
• Good understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and resource planning
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Excel
• Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
