Urgent Requirement for a Reputed Pipe Manufacturing Industryin KSA
As Local Iqama Transfer
Location: Eastern Provience

Note:-
Candidates should have experience in Pipe Manufacturing Industry, Steel industry and Heavy Engineering Industry.
Also, should have experience in LSAW Pipe and DI Pipes companies.


• Machinery Maintenance: Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on heavy-duty LSAW equipment, including JCO forming presses (6,000T–12,000T), edge millers, and pipe expanders.
• Hydraulic System Repair: Troubleshoot and repair high-pressure hydraulic circuits, including cylinders, manifold blocks, pumps, and proportional valves.
• Precision Alignment: Conduct precise levelling and alignment of conveyor rollers, milling heads, and welding columns using dial indicators and laser alignment tools.
• Pneumatics & Lubrication: Maintain plant-wide pneumatic systems and automated centralized lubrication units to ensure smooth mechanical movements.
• Fabrication & Assembly: Perform basic welding, gas cutting, and grinding for the repair of machine guards, structures, and jig fixtures.
Technical Skill Set
• Blueprints & Schematics: Expert ability to read and interpret complex mechanical drawings, hydraulic circuit diagrams, and assembly blueprints.
• Precision Measurement: Proficient use of vernier calipers, micrometers, feeler gauges, and thread gauges.
• Bearing & Seal Fitting: Expertise in the correct installation and removal of large industrial bearings and high-pressure hydraulic seals.
• Transmission Systems: Knowledge of gearboxes, drive chains, sprockets, and V-belt tensioning.
Key Qualifications
• Education: ITI (Fitter/Mechanical) or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 3–10 years of hands-on experience in a heavy engineering industry, specifically within LSAW, HSAW, or Seamless pipe mills.
• Safety Mastery: Strict adherence to LOTO (Lock-Out Tag-Out) procedures and working at heights/confined space protocols.
