Mechanical QC Supervisor (Saudi Aramco Approved)

Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising and coordinating mechanical quality control activities to ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, approved procedures, and applicable international codes during construction, installation, and commissioning phases.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise QC inspectors and monitor mechanical inspection activities.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, and approved ITPs.
Review inspection reports, test records, and quality documentation.
Coordinate inspections with clients, third-party inspectors, and Saudi Aramco representatives.
Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of piping, static equipment, and mechanical systems.
Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Participate in quality audits, meetings, and project progress reviews.
Ensure proper documentation and turnover of quality records.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 8 years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial projects.
Saudi Aramco Approval as Mechanical QC Supervisor/Inspector.
Strong knowledge of ASME, API, ASTM, and Saudi Aramco standards.
Experience in piping, equipment installation, hydrotesting, and mechanical completion activities.
