Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced professional with deep, hands-on expertise in labor recruitment and management within Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a pragmatic understanding of the entire employee lifecycle, from international recruitment and onboarding to long-term retention. A key part of this role involves developing and managing cost-effective and flexible operational frameworks that address the practical challenges of the KSA market.

***Key Responsibilities***:
• Provide expert advice on end-to-end labor management practices tailored to the Saudi context.

• Design and implement strategies for workforce scaling that balance compliance, cost, and efficiency.

• Advise on non-standard approaches to managing upfront operational costs, such as initial relocation, Iqama processing, and visa fees.

• Develop and maintain relationships with local partners and networks who understand flexible operational scenarios.

• Ensure all operations maintain a high standard of compliance while adapting to market realities.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Must-have: Proven, hands-on experience in managing labor forces in Saudi Arabia, with a deep understanding of local practices and regulations.

• Deep familiarity with the challenges of recruiting and onboarding expatriate labor, including cost management and attrition risks.

• Practical knowledge of various partnership and cost-sharing models with local brokers and manpower suppliers.

• Ability to navigate complex scenarios and provide pragmatic solutions that work on the ground.

• Strong network within the KSA manpower supply chain is a significant advantage.

• Discretion and a professional approach to discussing sensitive operational topics.
