## **We’re Hiring: Accountant (Reconciliation & ERP Operations)**

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our restaurant operations team in Tabuk. The primary focus of this role is **financial reconciliation, expense recording, and ERP accounting operations** to ensure accurate financial control across our outlets.

### **Key Responsibilities**

**Reconciliation & Financial Control (Main Focus)**

* Perform daily and monthly **bank reconciliations** across multiple bank accounts
* Reconcile card payments (Mada / Visa) and other payment channels
* Manage cash reconciliation and verify transaction accuracy
* Prepare reconciliation reports and support management with clear financial summaries
* Ensure accuracy between ERP records, bank statements, and actual transactions

**ERP & Accounting Operations**

* Record expenses, vendor bills, customer invoices, and daily accounting entries
* Manage incoming and outgoing payments
* Track vendor balances and pending payments
* Maintain general ledger entries and accounting records within the ERP system
* Support preparation of Profit & Loss reporting and financial reviews

**Inventory & Operations Support (Secondary Role)**

* Basic coordination with inventory and purchase records when required
* Ensure accounting entries align with operational data and SOPs

### **Requirements**

* Experience in accounting, preferably in restaurants, F&B, or retail operations
* Strong ERP system experience
* Good understanding of reconciliation processes and accounting fundamentals
* Knowledge of tax systems and compliance
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to handle daily accounting operations independently

### **Preferred**

* Experience working with multi-branch businesses
* Understanding of operational accounting workflows
