A company within the Home Appliances industry is looking for a Service Supervisor to oversee daily service operations and support overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise service manpower (technicians, reception, drivers, helpers)
• Monitor and achieve key service KPIs.
• Oversee customer payments, AR/AP, and out‑of‑warranty repairs.
• Ensure accuracy of daily reports and follow up on pending repairs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant service experience.
• 3+ years in home appliances service center operations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and communication with customers and technicians.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
