Hiring: Expert Duct Supervisor (HVAC Ducting)
We are looking for an experienced Duct Supervisor to join our team for ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise HVAC duct installation (GI ducts, insulation, accessories) as per approved drawings and specifications

Manage duct fabrication/installation teams and daily site activities

Coordinate with Main Contractor, Consultant, and other trades (MEP/Civil) to avoid clashes and delays

Ensure quality control: duct alignment, supports/hangers, sealing, access doors, fire dampers, smoke dampers, volume control dampers, etc.

Ensure compliance with safety requirements and site procedures

Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports, and material requirements

Support testing & commissioning activities and closeout documentation

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years experience as Duct Supervisor (GCC/KSA preferred)

Strong knowledge of HVAC ducting installation, shop drawings, and site coordination

Familiar with SMACNA standards / HVAC best practices

Ability to manage manpower and deliver targets under pressure

Good communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus)
