Job Posting- Structural Engineering Specialist

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Structural Engineering Specialist to lead structural safety and technical excellence at our construction project.
This role covers the full spectrum of structural engineering, from performing complex temporary works calculations to overseeing permanent structural integrity and providing expert technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
* Comprehensive Structural Analysis: Execute and verify structural calculations for both temporary works (scaffolding, shoring, formwork) and permanent site modifications.
* Technical Oversight: Review architectural/structural blueprints and shop drawings to ensure engineering feasibility and code compliance.
* Safety & Risk Assessment: Conduct rigorous structural stability audits and provide immediate engineering solutions for on-site technical challenges.
* Collaboration: Act as the primary technical liaison between the design team and the construction team to ensure structural design intent is met.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
* minimum 5 years of experience in construction engineering and at least 2 years of structural design
* Expertise in Temporary Works design and general structural mechanics.
* Proficiency in structural analysis tools (e.g., MIDAS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro) and AutoCAD
