Requirements:
• Candidate with capability to handle high pressure, Coordination and Multitasking at any given time.
• Minimum Experience of 1 to 2 years in MRO sales or related field (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Mining and Water Treatment Etc.,)
• Qualification of any Engineering degree.
• Open Visa and Valid Iqama of minimum 6 months
• Immediate Joining

Sales Coordinator – Key Responsibilities
• Sales Support Activities: Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and other related sales documents.
• Order Processing: Manage purchase orders and sales orders, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Customer Communication: Prepare and submit customer quotations in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness.
• Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of sales orders, purchase orders, and all required documentation.
• Coordination With Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with finance, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure smooth and efficient order execution.
• Compliance: Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Reporting: Report to the department manager.
