Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, develop new business opportunities, and manage key client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, leadership skills, and a proven sales track record in the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
Identify new business opportunities and key accounts
Manage and guide the sales & coordination team
Handle high-value negotiations, contracts, and pricing
Maintain strong relationships with clients, EPCs, and end users
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates
Coordinate with operations, finance, and management
Requirements:
Minimum 5–7 years experience in sales, including managerial role
Strong background in construction / manpower / materials supply
Proven experience in Saudi market (Aramco, EPCs, contractors preferred)
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Valid KSA driving license preferred
English required; Arabic is a strong advantage
