Position: Travel / Ticketing Executive
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Travel / Ticketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end flight bookings, handling ticket modifications, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Reservations & Booking: Process domestic and international flight bookings via Global Distribution Systems (GDS).

Ticketing Operations: Manage ticket issuance, reissuance, re-routing, and cancellation requests efficiently.

Customer Support: Provide prompt, polite, and effective communication to clients regarding itineraries, travel policies, and fare rules.

Problem Resolution: Handle last-minute schedule changes, delays, and customer inquiries with composure and professionalism.

Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflow.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a travel agency or ticketing environment.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in major airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).

Operational Knowledge: Proven track record in handling ticketing, reissuance, refund processing, and complex travel itineraries.

Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with a customer-centric mindset.

Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to manage tasks independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
