BIM COORDINATOR (MEP)

Position Details:
• Location: Site Office, Riyadh
• Contract Duration: 6 months (renewable based on project requirements)
• Employment Type: Full-time, on-site
• No of open positions: Two (2)

Role Overview:
We are seeking two (2) highly experienced BIM Coordinators to lead and manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) BIM coordination across all electromechanical disciplines. The successful candidate will enforce BIM standards, oversee clash detection workflows, and ensure the delivery of high-quality digital models and coordinated documentation for this major infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead MEP BIM coordination efforts and provide technical guidance and mentorship to BIM Engineers and Modelers
• Develop, implement, and enforce the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), modeling standards, and project protocols
• Manage clash detection workflows and coordinate issue resolution using Navisworks; facilitate coordination between MEP and Architectural/Structural trade teams
• Conduct comprehensive quality assurance reviews and audits of MEP models to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications
• Manage Common Data Environment (CDE/Aconex) workflows, coordinate digital deliverables, and oversee QAQC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) reporting and documentation
• Support on-site construction teams by providing coordinated models, technical drawings, RFI responses, and as-built model updates

Minimum Requirements:
• 8–10 years of professional BIM coordination or MEP modeling experience on large-scale infrastructure or commercial projects
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent professional qualification)
• Advanced proficiency in Navisworks Manage and Revit
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Construction Cloud (Docs & Collaborate Pro)
• Strong technical understanding of MEP systems, installation methodologies, and coordination principles
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing BIM teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work full-time, on-site in Riyadh

Preferred Qualifications:
• Certified BIM Professional (CBP) or equivalent credential
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects in the Middle East
• Knowledge of Saudi building codes and construction standards
• Experience with other CDE platforms (Trimble Connect, Autodesk ACC, etc.)
