As we scale our operations and digitize our processes, we are seeking a highly experienced Project Supervisor to oversee and execute multiple operational and installation projects related to internal transportation solutions. The ideal candidate is hands-on, disciplined, and capable of coordinating teams, contractors, and internal departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

This role requires strong field supervision, reporting discipline, and the ability to translate plans into execution.

Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and analytical ERP Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for administrating, maintaining, customizing, and optimizing our Odoo ERP system across all company functions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and support strategic business growth through automation and digital efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day project execution at site level
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, maintenance, sales)
• Manage subcontractors, technicians, and site staff
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, specifications, and safety standards
• Monitor materials, equipment, and manpower utilization
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
• Identify risks, delays, or issues and escalate with solutions
• Ensure client requirements and contractual obligations are met
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Support project handover and close-out documentation

Required Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Project Supervisor or similar role
• Experience in construction, MEP, transportation, or equipment installation projects is preferred
• Strong understanding of site supervision and project workflows
• Ability to read drawings, schedules, and basic technical documents
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in basic reporting tools (Excel, email, project trackers)
