Job Title: MEP Supervisor

About the Role:

The MEP Supervisor is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and monitoring all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities on site to ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily MEP site activities, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting works.
- Ensure MEP works are carried out as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other trades to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor work progress and report daily activities, manpower, and material usage to the Project Manager/Engineer.
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards and conduct inspections as required.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover activities for MEP systems.
- Verify materials delivered to site are approved and stored properly.
- Assist in preparing as-built drawings, snag lists, and project close-out documents.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in MEP supervision within construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation methods, and testing procedures.
- Familiarity with international standards and local authority regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
