Job Title:
Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and verify quantities for all civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical works based on drawings and project documents.
2. Review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), specifications, and contract documents to ensure consistency with design and execution drawings.
3. Prepare interim and final payment applications (progress and final statements) for contractors and consultants.
4. Conduct cost estimation, price analysis, and assist in preparing project budgets and cost plans.
5. Review and evaluate Variation Orders (VOs), including their financial and schedule impacts.
6. Monitor and track actual project costs against the approved budget and report variances.
7. Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
8. Prepare monthly quantity and cost reports reflecting project financial progress.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying for large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, BOQ preparation, and cost control principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity measurement software (CostX , or similar).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
