Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Managing and supporting IT infrastructure and desktop devices.
• Providing technical support to users regarding software and hardware.
• Managing and operating the ERP system and following up on its updates and periodic maintenance.
• Training employees on using the ERP system and ensuring compliance with procedures.
• Monitoring the system and ensuring data security and integrity.
• Preparing the required technical and administrative reports from the system.
• Coordinating with system service providers in case of malfunctions or updates.
• Contributing to the development and enhancement of technical work procedures.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support or systems administration.
• Practical experience in dealing with ERP systems.
• Strong problem analysis and effective troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good level of English (written and spoken).
المهام والمسؤوليات:
• إدارة ودعم البنية التحتية للحاسب الآلي والأجهزة المكتبية.
• تقديم الدعم الفني للمستخدمين فيما يتعلق بالبرامج والأجهزة.
• إدارة وتشغيل نظام الـ ERP ومتابعة تحديثاته وصيانته الدورية.
• تدريب الموظفين على استخدام نظام الـ ERP وضمان الالتزام بالإجراءات.
• مراقبة النظام وضمان سلامة وأمن البيانات.
• إعداد التقارير الفنية والإدارية اللازمة من النظام.
• التنسيق مع مزودي خدمة النظام عند وجود أعطال أو تحديثات.
• المساهمة في تطوير وتحديث إجراءات العمل التقنية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
• بكالوريوس في نظم المعلومات، تقنية المعلومات أو ما يعادلها.
• خبرة لا تقل عن5 سنوات في مجال الدعم الفني أو إدارة الأنظمة.
• خبرة عملية في التعامل أنظمة ERP
• مهارات تحليل المشكلات وحلها بفعالية.
• إجادة استخدام برامج MS Office.
• مستوى جيد في اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثًا).
