Description

We are currently hiring an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor with a valid Saudi Aramco certification to join our project team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial scaffolding operations and a proven track record of compliance with Aramco safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
*Supervise and manage scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities in accordance with Saudi Aramco standards.
*Ensure full compliance with Aramco safety regulations, work permits, and site procedures.
Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety briefings, and risk assessments.
*Inspect scaffolding structures to ensure stability, load capacity, and safety compliance.
*Coordinate with construction, HSE, and engineering teams to support project timelines.
*Maintain scaffolding inspection records, permits, and documentation as per Aramco requirements.
*Lead and guide scaffolders, ensuring productivity and adherence to best practices.

Requirements
*Valid Saudi Aramco Scaffolding Supervisor Certification (mandatory).
*Minimum 5–7 years of experience in scaffolding supervision, preferably in Aramco or major oil & gas projects.
*Strong knowledge of Aramco safety standards, PTW system, and scaffolding specifications.
*Ability to read and interpret drawings, method statements, and risk assessments.
*Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
*Physically fit and capable of working in industrial site conditions.
