Job Description (JD):
We are looking for an experienced Commercial ManagerTabuk, KSA.



The candidate will be responsible for managing all commercial, contractual, and financial aspects of the project, ensuring cost control, contract compliance, and profitability.



Key Responsibilities:
Manage all commercial activities related to the BUJV project
Review, administer, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and variations
Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow
Handle claims, variations, and dispute resolutions
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and local regulations
Prepare monthly commercial reports for management
Support tendering, pricing, and procurement activities




Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in construction / infrastructure projects
Gulf experience is mandatory (KSA experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts
Experience in large-scale projects (Roads, Infrastructure, Mega Projects)
