Hiring for Quality Engineer – Wiring Harness & PCB/SMT (Saudi Arabia)
Greetings!
We are currently hiring for the position of Quality Engineer in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Below is a brief overview of the role:
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure quality compliance for wiring harness, PCB, and SMT processes.
• Implement and monitor IPC/WHMA-A-620 and IPC-A-610 standards.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections, functional testing, and audits.
• Prepare and maintain Control Plans, SOPs, and QA documentation.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Drive PPAP, MSA, SPC, and other quality tools for new product development.
• Monitor defect Pareto, reduce rework, and improve FPY.
• Train operators on quality standards and Poka-Yoke.
• Support customer quality requirements and handle complaints.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
• 3–8 years experience in wiring harness quality and exposure to PCB/SMT QA.
• Strong knowledge of IPC standards, PPAP, MSA, and 7 QC tools.
• Familiarity with Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.
