Dear All,

We are hiring for the below position for one of our reputed clients based in Jeddah.

Position: FM Manager
Location: Jeddah
Joining: Immediate joiners only (within 2–3 days after selection)
Iqama: Must be transferable

Job Responsibilities / Scope

Oversee FM operations and assignments from start to finish, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and as per required quality standards

Manage installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems

Handle retrofit and renovation works

Ensure effective facility operations with sound knowledge of CAFM systems

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders

Educational Qualification

B.Tech / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Architectural Engineering

Experience

Minimum 5 years of mandatory experience in the FM industry

Preferred experience range: 5–8 years of experience in Facilities Management (FM) with MEP systems

Salary & Benefits

SAR 10,000 – 12,000 (based on experience and interview performance) plus accomdation and transport by company and other benefits .

Important Notes

Only candidates with relevant FM experience in MEP systems will be considered
