Qualifications: Bachelor of Civil Engineering

Location: Al Hasa, Jafurah, Eastern Province.

Experience required: 10 – 15 years of total experience and 5 – 7 years of experience as Construction Manager with contractors in Saudi Arabia or in any GCC countries.

Job Description: Construction Manager

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all on-site activities from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed as per the scope, on time, within budget, and to the required quality and in compliance with the safety/ environmental standards.
• Responsibilities include mobilization, planning and scheduling, managing site teams and subcontractors, coordinating with other departments, execution, monitoring & controlling and closing & successful handover of projects to the clients and demobilization.
• Experience in the cross-country pipeline: Preparation of RoW, trench excavations & backfilling and all earthworks involved in the pipeline projects and site preparation projects.
• Experience in the earthworks. Site preparation works, roads, and infrastructure projects.
• Coordination with QC team to get the material approvals, site activities RFIs approvals and closing all NCRs.
• Preparing the construction method statements and other related construction documents for approvals from the client.
• Supporting Planning Engineer to prepare the DPR/ WPR/ MPRs.
• Controlling the construction costs, idle manhours, idle equipment and wastage of material.
• Supporting Planning Engineer to prepare the monthly interim invoices.
• Requesting variation orders for any scope change from the clients.

Salary: Depends on the experience.
