Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Secretary to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position requires an efficient, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled in managing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and the office team.
• Scheduling & Calendar Management: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events. Manage executive calendars and ensure effective time management.
• Communication Handling: Answer phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, providing accurate information and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Document Preparation & Filing: Draft, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations. Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
• Office Coordination: Manage office supplies, equipment, and the overall office environment to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Client Interaction: Greet clients, guests, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner, offering assistance as needed.
• Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain and update company records, databases, and files.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as an office secretary or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Desired Skills:
• Time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in preparing documents and reports for management.
