Job Description & Responsibilities:

For Baristas:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to the highest standard.

Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the barista station.

Provide excellent, friendly customer service.

Handle cash and card transactions.

For Waiters/Servers:

Welcome guests, present menus, and explain menu items.

Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.

Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly.

Attend to guest needs and ensure a positive dining experience.

Process payments and maintain a clean dining area.
