Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and other drinks while maintaining excellent service, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other hot and cold beverages according to company standards.
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment.
Ensure consistent beverage quality, presentation, and portion control.
Welcome customers, take orders, and provide friendly and professional service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, equipment, and work area.
Follow HACCP, food safety, and company hygiene procedures.
Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, cups, and other beverage supplies.
Report low stock, damaged equipment, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
Follow recipes and standard operating procedures accurately.
Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
Support the team during busy periods and assist with other operational duties when required.
Follow company policies, attendance requirements, and working schedules.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous experience as a Barista in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality environment.
Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage techniques.
Ability to operate professional coffee machines and grinders.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Good teamwork and a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of specialty coffee and latte art.
Basic knowledge of inventory and stock control.
Ability to maintain consistent beverage quality and presentation.
Attention to detail and cleanliness.
