The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager – Client Acquisition to lead our client acquisition efforts in Riyadh and across the Kingdom. This is a high-impact role with excellent earning potential and fast-track career growth for top performers.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients across various industries (IT, Oil & Gas, Construction, Healthcare, Retail, Banking, etc.)
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, industry events, and referrals
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and capability demonstrations to win new business
Understand client HR challenges and position Zafco’s recruitment, staffing, and HR outsourcing solutions effectively
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the Saudi market
Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Represent Zafco at industry events, conferences, and business gatherings in Riyadh and KSA
What We’re Looking For
4–10 years of proven B2B sales / business development experience (preferably in recruitment/staffing, HR services, consulting, or professional services)
Strong existing network in Riyadh and/or Saudi Arabia is a significant advantage
Demonstrated track record of acquiring new corporate clients and meeting/exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (Arabic & English fluency required)
Self-motivated, hunter mentality with the ability to work independently
Deep understanding of the Saudi business culture and market dynamics
Valid Saudi driving license and own car (preferred)
Transferable Iqama and ability to join immediately or within 30 days (for candidates already in KSA)
