Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage a 380 kV Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) Project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall project execution, technical leadership, resource planning, and ensuring completion within SEC/NG standards, timelines, budget, and safety requirements.

🔶 Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle management of 380 kV OHTL projects from initiation to energization.

Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, progress reports, and resource allocation plans.

Coordinate with stakeholders including SEC/NG, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Ensure all engineering, procurement, and construction activities comply with national/international standards.

Conduct site visits, supervise field activities, and ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE protocols.

Manage subcontractor performance and resolve technical or contractual issues promptly.

Review engineering drawings, method statements, material approvals, and project documentation.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports and present project status to senior management.

Ensure timely material delivery, logistics management, and equipment mobilization.

Lead risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and ensure zero-incident safety culture.
