*Aramco Approved HSE Supervisor / HSE Lead (valid approval is mandatory).
*Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HSE roles within oil & gas or construction projects.
*Strong knowledge of Aramco safety standards, SAEP, GI, HES documents, and relevant procedures.
*Certification in NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory if Aramco-approved).
*Excellent communication and leadership skills.
*Ready for immediate local transfer (Iqama must be transferable).
*Willing to work in Qassim and Shedgum project locations.

*Ensure full compliance with Saudi Aramco HSE standards, procedures, and project specifications.
*Lead and supervise all site-level HSE activities and ensure implementation of HSE plans.
*Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
*Monitor site operations to ensure safe work practices and adherence to method statements and JSA.
*Conduct toolbox talks, safety orientations, and training programs for workers and staff.
*Participate in incident/accident investigations and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
*Coordinate with project management, client representatives, and subcontractors regarding HSE matters.
*Maintain up-to-date documentation, reports, and records as required by Aramco HSE guidelines.
*Promote a strong safety culture across all project activities and teams.
*Ensure emergency response procedures and drills are effectively implemented.
