Position: Mechanical Quality Control (QC) Inspector
Client: SABIC
Project Duration: 6 Months
Location: SABIC Plant, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Jubail)
Start Date: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred

Mandatory Requirement:
Candidates MUST possess verifiable hands-on QC experience exclusively within SABIC plants.
Experience from any other petrochemical, refinery, or industrial facilities will NOT be considered.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical inspections on static equipment, piping, valves, and rotating machinery per SABIC standards and international codes (ASME, API, ASTM).
Review and verify Material Test Certificates (MTCs), welding documentation, and NDT reports.
Conduct stage-wise inspections during fabrication, installation, and pre-commissioning phases.
Ensure full compliance with SABIC Engineering Standards (SES), SAMSS, and project-specific ITPs.
Coordinate with third-party inspectors and SABIC QA/QC teams for final acceptance.

Required Qualifications & Certifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5+ years as Mechanical QC Inspector, with at least 3 years exclusively in SABIC projects
Valid certifications: CSWIP 3.1 or AWS-CWI, ASNT Level II (RT, UT, PT, MT)
Proficient in SABIC SAP QM module and electronic documentation systems
Familiar with SABIC shutdown and turnaround inspection protocols
