Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily factory operations to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
- Manage teams and allocate resources effectively.
- Improve operational processes to boost productivity and reduce costs.
- Monitor maintenance of equipment to ensure continual production.
- Prepare performance reports and analyze production data.
- Ensure safety compliance and coordinate between departments.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in operations or production management, preferably in lubricant oils.
