# Facilities "Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor" in Landscape Garden

#Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Facilities "Maintenance Supervisor" to oversee maintenance operations and ensure smooth functioning of all gardens systems and equipment.

#Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and carry out maintenance of firefighting pumps, water pumps, chillers, plumbing, electrical DBs, UPS, generators, and filters.

Manage pumps, motors, filtration systems, generators, and engines.

Handle tools, spare parts inventory, and maintenance documentation.

Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely preventive maintenance.

Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules.

#Requirements:

Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Hands-on experience in facilities maintenance or workshop maintenance for heavy equipment/machinery.

Good leadership and communication skills.

#Preferred Experience:
Candidates with a workshop maintenance background in heavy machinery are highly encouraged to apply.
