Position: Admin and operation executive
Department: Administration / HR

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle employee HR activities including onboarding, documentation, and leave management.
• Employee ID cards, gate passes, and related site access requirements.
• Maintain and update employee records and database.
• Coordinate with site offices and management on manpower deployment.
• Assist in preparing employee letters, memos, and official correspondence.
• Support visa, iqama, and other government-related documentation processes.
• Ensure smooth communication between management and staff on administrative matters.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR/Admin within a contracting or industrial company (preferably
scaffolding/insulation). (Mandatory)
• Transferable iqama
• Good knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR documentation procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
