Description

We are looking for a qualified and proactive Safety Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment across all project sites and facilities.

🔸 Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on site.

Ensure compliance with company safety policies and local regulations.

Prepare and maintain safety documentation, incident reports, and records.

Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for employees.

Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Coordinate with project teams and management to promote a strong safety culture.

Report and investigate any accidents, incidents, or near misses.

🔸 Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.

Minimum [X] years of experience in construction/industrial safety.

Certified Safety Professional (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) preferred.

Strong knowledge of local safety laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Candidates with valid iqama will be preferred, After 4-5 months of probationary period if the candidate does good work then will make him permanent employee. Salary is upto 3,000.
