We are looking to hire a Business Development Officer with proven experience at Manpower Supply contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities in the labor leasing sector.

Negotiate and secure contracts with clients in need of manpower services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Follow up on contracts to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in acquiring labor leasing contracts.

Strong knowledge of the local labor market and labor regulations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Existing network of clients or companies in need of labor services is a plus.
