Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team in Dammam/Khobar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative and functional design concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and project teams to transform ideas into exceptional interior spaces that reflect our company’s high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop design concepts, layouts, and presentations in line with client requirements and project goals.

Prepare mood boards, 3D renderings, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.

Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories as per project specifications and budget.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure design intent is accurately executed.

Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure design quality.

Prepare project documentation, BOQs, and material schedules.

Stay updated with market trends, materials, and innovative design techniques.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior design, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.

Strong understanding of materials, joinery, and furniture detailing.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.

Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about design innovation.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with villa interiors, commercial offices, and retail fit-outs.

Knowledge of Saudi design codes and local market materials.

Familiarity with project estimation, site coordination, and fit-out works.
