Workforce Requirement: 25 Helpers for Excavation Work

📌 Scope of Work
Daily excavation target: 1.5 cubic meters per helper
If target not achieved:
Less than 1.5 cubic meters = Half-day count
Failure to meet target for 3 consecutive days = Demobilization from site
SAR 300 penalty per demobilized worker
Absenteeism penalty: SAR 50 per absent day

Valid Balady Certificate

👷 Candidate Criteria
Only Pathan candidates are eligible for this position
🍽️ Food & Allowance
If candidates prepare their own food:
SAR 300/month food allowance
Paid in three instalments (every 10 days)
Gas provided
Utensils to be arranged by candidates
