We’re Hiring - Procurement specialist


Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement for retail experience store construction projects.
- Source and purchase offline promotional materials and supplies for retail stores.
- Coordinate procurement for offline marketing events and activities.
- Oversee project acceptance processes, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Track and follow up on payment progress with vendors and internal finance teams.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and cost control.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in procurement, preferably in retail or marketing project environments.
- Familiarity with cost structure analysis of relevant categories and strong negotiation skills.- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools is preferred.

💰 Salary: SAR 8,000 – 10,000 (All-Inclusive)
