URGENT HIRING: Procurement Quality Control Supervisor (PQCS)

Hardox International, a reputable company specializing in façade system projects, is urgently looking for Aramco Approved Procurement Quality Control Supervisor (PQCS) to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all materials and components—such as aluminum profiles, glass, cladding, brackets, anchors, and accessories—meet ARAMCO’S project specifications, IFC Drawings, international standards and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Creation/review of all submittals to Saudi Aramco (MTA, RTA, MR, TBE/NOL, AWR, NMR601, 602 & 603, IAP, IDR and Weekly reports such as TWLA, IFSR and MPSR.
• Create and submit to S. Aramco all monthly reports to achieve 100% Procurement PQI for Hardox such as: PQI, MPSR etc.
• Familiar with all Saudi Aramco Standards, RVL, Schedule Q / G and IR-175 Form.

Sub- Responsibilities:
• Inspect and verify incoming façade materials as per ASTM, BS, EN and ISO standards…and document them.
• Develop Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), QC checklists and acceptance criteria.
• Manage NCRs, coordinate corrective/preventive actions – to close them and maintain quality records (both soft and hard copies).
• Collaborate with Procurement and Engineering teams to ensure technical compliance of all materials prior to submittal to SAPMT.
• Review supplier documents (certificates, test reports, warranties, etc.) and submit them for approval as needed.
• Enforce ISO 9001 and company QMS standards in all quality operations.
• Lead continuous improvement and risk management initiatives for supplier performance.
• Conduct supplier qualifications, evaluation, and performance monitoring.
• Perform audits and inspections with the TPI to ensure suppliers’ compliance.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 to 15 years’ experience as PQCS with knowledge in Procurement, QA/QC especially related to the façade (face of the building – curtain walls & Cladding) and construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of international standards (ASTM, BS, EN, ISO).
• Excellent communication, coordination and documentation skills.
• Ready to join immediately and work in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
