Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various industries, with a strong focus on manpower outsourcing.

Source, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates based on client specifications.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams.

Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with Saudi labor laws and organizational policies.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment with manpower outsourcing firms in KSA
✅ Solid understanding of the Saudi labor market and business sectors
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
???? MBA or Diploma in HR (preferred)
???? Age: 30–35 years
⚧ Open to all qualified candidates
???? Transferable Iqama (highly preferred)
???? Valid driving license is an advantage
???? Preferred Nationalities: Candidates from Asian countries, Other please excuse
