πŸ”§ Role Overview:

We are looking for a qualified Mechanical QA/QC Lead with strong experience in site execution and quality control for Oil & Gas projects. This is a site-based role requiring leadership in quality assurance and in-depth technical knowledge of mechanical systems.

🧰 Key Responsibilities:

Lead QA/QC activities for mechanical systems at the site.

Monitor all mechanical site execution work for compliance with quality and safety standards.

Conduct inspections, prepare reports, and manage non-conformance issues.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.

Review and approve method statements, ITPs, material approvals, and test reports.

Ensure implementation of project-specific quality plans and procedures.

Participate in audits and client inspections.

πŸŽ“ Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects.

At least 5 years of experience working in the Gulf region (GCC).

Strong knowledge of international standards (ASME, API, ISO, etc.).

QA/QC or NDT certification preferred.

Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
