Job Description:

Install, splice, terminate, and test fiber optic cables (underground and overhead).
Perform OTDR, power meter, and light source testing for fiber links.
Identify and repair fiber faults or breaks promptly.
Conduct routine maintenance and inspection of fiber networks.
Prepare daily work reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Ensure safety standards and company procedures are followed.
Coordinate with engineers and site supervisors during project execution.
Assist in pulling, laying, and jointing fiber cables as required.
Maintain tools, splicing machines, and testing equipment.
Read and interpret fiber route maps, drawings, and schematics.

Requirements:

Diploma or ITI in Electrical / Telecommunication / Electronics or equivalent.
2–5 years of experience in fiber optic installation and maintenance.
Hands-on experience with splicing, OTDR testing, and fault localization.
Knowledge of underground ducting and cable routing.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) approval will be preferred.
Immediate joiners with a transferable Iqama are highly preferred.
Valid Saudi driving license (advantage).

Preferred Experience:

Experience in utility or telecom projects within Saudi Arabia.
Familiarity with OSP (Outside Plant) and FTTx projects.
