**Job Requirements:**

* Strong knowledge in **electrical, plumbing, welding, HVAC systems, and general maintenance works**.
* Familiarity with **ELV systems** (CCTV, access control, networking, fire alarm, etc.).
* Ability to **read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work schedules**.
* Experience in **installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC and related systems**.
* Understanding of **construction materials** and proper usage.
* **Willingness to study, learn, and adapt to new jobs and skills as required.**
