Position Overview:
The Branch Manager will oversee all operations of the logistics branch, ensuring business growth, smooth service delivery, and effective management of staff and resources. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and business acumen to drive branch profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage overall branch operations, including logistics, customer service, and administrative functions.
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and growth targets.
• Supervise and lead branch staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Ensure timely and efficient execution of logistics services (transportation, warehousing, distribution).
• Maintain strong client relationships and resolve escalated issues effectively.
• Monitor branch budgets, expenses, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team for expansion.
• Prepare periodic reports on branch performance, KPIs, and market insights.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 6–10 years of experience in logistics/supply chain, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
• Proven track record in operations management and business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of logistics systems, ERP, and MS Office.
